All of these are Grade 1 scrambles — exciting, exposed, and steep. Please note that these are not beginner routes. A good level of fitness, a head for heights, and some prior scrambling experience are essential.
Whether you’re looking to conquer a classic Lakeland edge or build confidence for more technical mountain terrain, I’ll guide you safely every step of the way.
I also offer dry ghyll scrambling — climbing up waterfalls without full immersion (though your feet might still get wet!) — at Stickle Ghyll or Crinkle Gill in Langdale.
