Half Term Family Pizza & Navigation Adventure
A fantastic navigation and history adventure with the added bonus of cooking lunch a wood fired pizza at the end!
This adventure is designed for little adventurers aged between 8 and 15 (ish!). It will teach the basics of navigation, some map reading, compass work, a bit about the history of the Ingram Valley Hill Forts and will finish with the opportunity to cook lunch - a wood fired pizza back at the car park.
This route is child friendly and involves a little bit of climbing via a paved path and forest tracks. It is about 3.5 miles in length and takes around 2/3 hours with stops.
The meeting place will be at the Bulby's Wood car park, Ingram Valley at 09.30.
Maps and compasses will be loaned for the adventure.

£40 per couple. A couple being a young person and parent/guardian. The maximum for the group will be 8 young people, therefore 16 with adults.
We will cook pizzas in my wood fired oven at the end for everyone. Tea/coffee will be available for adults and youngsters if they so wish!
I will require any dietary/allergy information beforehand. I would arrange this via email after booking.
