Booking & Pricing

Booking:

You can book in two different ways:

  • Book me privately by agreeing a suitable date for both of us.  This is the best way for private groups of friends/family/work colleagues.  Give me a call with some dates that suit you and the adventure you would like, and I will check my availability.  Call/WhatsApp - 07976 374629 (Chris).

  • Book onto one of the 'Open Adventures' in the shop that anyone can sign up for.  A great way to meet new people and to participate if you can't get a group together yourself.  These will only run if a minimum numbers of guests book up.

Pricing/Menus:

Pricing varies depending on the activity, location, instructor/client ratios, and particular menus.  Please refer to specific 'Open Adventures' in the shop or on Facebook Events for more info and details on the catering.

For bespoke private bookings, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and then I will give you a price.

I offer four levels of catering.  The 'Open Adventures' in the shop where I sell tickets will have menu details in the info and the price reflects that.  For bespoke bookings, consider the following options when making your enquiry.  See socials for pics of previous catering.

  • 1 - Two course hot meal/pud on the hills, followed by crème brulee, tea/coffee/refreshments at the end.
  • 2 - Two course 'posh picnic' on the hills, followed by crème brulee, tea/coffee/refreshments at the end.
  • 3 - Two course hot meal/pud.
  • 4 - Kids picnic (available on private bookings and included on half term/holiday specials).

More Info:

Please email or call/WhatsApp 07976374629 if you would like more information.  Bookings for 'Open Adventures' can be made via the shop page or Facebook Events.  For private bookings, please get in touch.

I usually work in Northumberland, The Lakes District, North Yorkshire & The North Pennines, although I can work in other parts of the UK by arrangement.  My season is generally March - October, but happy to work the winter months too.

Days would normally involve meeting at 10am and finishing around 4pm with travel before and after.  Ghyll scrambling is generally half a day.  Night navigation would be around 4/5 hours.

Menu Examples

All of my adventures include a two course meal, unless otherwise stated.  Menus will be chosen to suit everyone in the party.  It is not possible for me to prepare 6/8 different meals on the fells.  I can cater for all dietary requirements, but will need notice in advance obviously please.

To give you an idea, here are some past examples of what I have prepared.  Check out the various pictures on this site too.
