Ghyll Scrambling
I currently offer gourmet adventure experiences at two lovely ghylls; Ashgill Force in near Alston in Northumberland and Church Beck at Coniston in The Lake District. In 2024, we will be adding Stickle Tarn to the list.
Wetsuits, helmet, harness & buoyancy aids would be provided. You should bring sturdy wet shoes and shorts to go over the wetsuit.
Minimum age – 8 (and be able to swim!)
Duration – approx. two hours in the ghyll.
Ghyll Scrambling Group Pricing:
£79 per person
(a minimum group of 4 is required with a maximum of 8).
This includes a two course gourmet lunch with hot and cold refreshments at the end.
Please note: £6 per person (additional landowner fee - Church Beck only).
