Beginners Navigation Training
Join me on my 'Learn to navigate in the hills' day. This expedition will be ideal for those who have never done any map and compass work at all and those who have, but maybe need a bit of a refresher!
If you are reluctant to explore more of the hills and mountains due to a lack of navigation confidence, then this day is for you! Learn the basics and gain map, compass and contour confidence, and enjoy fab food on the fells!
I will supply all maps and compasses for the day.
Lunch is generally next to a waterfall/river, so there is an opportunity for a swim if you wish.
I can offer navigation training in Northumberland, North Yorkshire, The North Pennines and The Lake District.
£79 per person
(a minimum group of 4 is required with a maximum of 8).
This includes a two course gourmet lunch with hot and cold refreshments at the end.
The price includes the use of maps and compasses for the duration.
