The Hen Hole & Mountain Refuge Hut Adventure, Northumberland.
Climb The Cheviot, via the beautiful Hen Hole set of waterfalls and return via the Auchope mountain refuge hut on the border ridge. Learn about the famous WW2 plane wreck on the summit of Cheviot and the rescue of the airmen from the crash.
A two course posh packed lunch is included. All diets catered for.
This route involves a little bit of easy scrambling, is about 8km in length and takes around 4/5 hours.
This experience will operate with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 12.
The meeting place will be Hethpool car park, College Valley at 10am.
